Watercolor Rendering of Spec Home in Basking Ridge, NJ

CFO Design worked closely with the builders, designers and real estate agents to create a watercolor image of this lovely spec home that hadn't been built yet! Working from site photographs, architectural renderings, and client meetings, we were able to provide our client with a piece of art that will help our clients advertise and sell this home.

As a 15th wedding anniversary gift, our client commissioned this watercolor painting of the lovely church where they were married.

Moore’s Valley Development– Artist Rendering & Plat Design

CFO Design worked closely with the developer of Moore's Valley to create the artist's rendering to be used for advertising & sales. Moore's Valley is a 180-acre development, featuring large home sites perched atop the Blue Ridge Mountains. We worked from topographical maps & discussions with the builder to illustrate the elevation changes from 2,200-3,200 feet, trails, rivers, clubhouse, roads, bridges, & over 50 homesites. 36x48. Colored pencil on paper.
